I don’t have enough time. We’ve all heard it before. While it may seem true, when you really begin to have less time, you finally become aware that you have so much.
Earlier this year I started a personal training business, Nathan’s Mobile PT.
As part of this, I get up at 5am every weekday, train people until 9am, then head to my normal 9–5 job. At the end of the day, I get home from work, eat, relax a little bit and then it’s time for bed.
It really now feels like I don’t have time to do anything.
